In order to register for our Math Circle, please fill out the online registration form. Registrations will be accepted on a first come, first served basis. You will receive an email confirmation within a week of submitting your form. Before attending the UCSB Math Circle, it is also required that parents or guardians sign a waiver form. You can bring this form with you the first time you attend. There is no deadline to register in the UCSB Math Circle. If there is space in the class, we will admit you right away. Otherwise, we will keep your information in a waiting list and will call you as soon as there is space available. |
