Jupyter Notebook Setup for Models and Simulations

The package is designed to allow for easy setup of a wide variety of models and simulations. Examples show how this can be done a few ways. The current preferred approach is to use either Python scripts or Jupyter Notebooks. Standard LAMMPS scripts can also be used if preferred. Examples show how to specify the model geometry, interactions, and the simulation parameters.

For more information see the documentation page.

Mango GUI Interface: A Java-based interface was also developed which can used to setup model geometry and simulation parameters in previous versions. The current preferred way to setup models is to use Python, Jupyter Notebooks, or related scripts. A few screenshots of the optional GUI interface from previous versions can be found here.
