Next Teaching Assignments: Math 115A “Introduction to Number Theory” and Math 6A “Vector Calculus with Applications” (Winter Quarter 2015), GauchoSpace log-in

As a Visiting Assistant Professor at UC Santa Barbara and as a graduate student at the University of Arizona, I have been an instructor of many college courses with full teaching duties. I have also served as a TA for graduate courses, and a mentor to graduate and undergraduate students. I was even a G-TEAMS fellow for a year working in a high school classroom where I developed creative projects and co-taught lessons (see The Rincon Blog).
Please refer to my CV for a complete list of courses taught.

I have collected many ideas to properly motivate and implement lesson plans in a way that is interesting, effective, and interactive. I love to learn and share what I have learned in a creative and personable fashion. This passion gives me a high level of enthusiasm while my experience ensures that my energy is well spent. I genuinely want my students to enjoy their classroom experience and learn problem solving skills rather than simply just memorizing some seemingly unconnected assortment of facts.
