Mentorship

During the 2024-25 academic year, I supervised UCSB undergraduate Vidushi Mittal’s senior thesis. Inspired by Jan Maas’s “Gradient flows of the entropy for finite Markov chains,” we explored a Wasserstein-like metric on two-node graphs. A copy of Vidushi’s thesis can be found here.
