I grew up in Northeast Ohio, attended college at nearby Kenyon College, and completed my Ph.D. under Wolfgang Ziller at the University of Pennsylvania. After living in Ohio, Philadelphia, and Rio de Janeiro, my wife and I are excited to be in Santa Barbara.
